The Robillard Consulting Group is a small Real Estate Team focused on Vacant Land, Residential, and Commercial Sales in the Inland Empire. We are part of the Keller Williams Realty - Riverside Office. We understand the performance is based on the quality of work not hours behind a desk or tenure. We are looking for an individual who is focused, detailed orientated and looking for an opportunity for growth.
POSITION - Real Estate Transaction Coordinator / Analyst
LOCATION - Keller Williams Realty - Riverside
COMPENSATION -
Full Time Position
$12 - $18 / Hour base pay
Bonuses paid out per transaction completed.
DESCRIPTION - The Robillard Consulting Group is seeking a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator / Analyst who will be responsible for all transaction work and some real estate analysis. In addition, they will work with our Compliance Department on document drafts and reviews along with ourselves. This individual will communicate directly with the Executive team and be relied on to cover a wide swath of responsibilities ranging from transaction management to basic analysis, paralegal work and investor relations. The position involves a high level of project management and the ability to interact with internal and external resources to complete tasks. An ideal candidate will be proactive, will possess a strong attention to detail without compromising efficiency, and will be able to independently tackle and resolve complex issues in our fast-paced, ever changing environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist executive team in preliminary research and analysis of potential acquisitions/dispositions/refi
Coordinate property inspections with vendors, lenders, and internal staff
Work with escrow, lender, and legal team to ensure all transaction documentation is signed and delivered to appropriate destinations
Inventory due diligence materials to ensure team has all adequate resources to perform a thorough due diligence review
Abstract all due diligence materials received from Seller and report findings to executive team
Be a friendly and familiar face to everyone and always be willing to help as needed
MANAGEMENT EXPECTATIONS
Maintain and adhere to strict deadlines of transactions with high level of accuracy through attention to detail and a thorough review of contracts, vendor management, and due diligence material review.
Efficiently and accurately perform document review and drafting utilizing internal and external resources to complete tasks.
Consistently look to improve processes and procedures to streamline and automate tasks in Podio, the company workforce solution.
Proactively look to assist team members in increasing their efficiency through assistance and taking on special projects.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS -
Transaction Coordinating Experience is preferred. On the job training is available.
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
